Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible in the order they are received. In-stock items typically ship within 3–4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will be contacted directly if your order includes any back-ordered items, custom-built components, or special-order parts that require extended lead times.

Made-to-order or non-stock items may require 3–6 weeks for fabrication depending on the complexity of the part and current production workload. If your order includes powder coating, please allow up to 2 additional weeks, as this service is outsourced and subject to third-party turnaround times.

Please verify all billing and shipping details before placing your order. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may experience delays and could incur additional charges.

For fraud prevention and credit card verification, your payment method may be temporarily pre-authorized at the time of purchase. You will not be billed until your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipment and depend on the total size, weight, value, quantity of boxes, and destination of your order. Costs may also vary depending on the selected carrier and shipping method.

For your protection, all orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. Oversized or heavyweight items may ship via freight carrier and may require additional delivery coordination.

Please Note:

• Shipping insurance is not included by default. If you wish to insure your shipment, you must request and purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout or by contacting us directly before shipment.

• Custom Tube Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages unless insurance has been purchased in advance.

• Any damage or claims must be filed directly with the carrier unless insurance coverage was arranged through Custom Tube Works at the time of shipping.
