All products, components, and services provided by Custom Tube Works Off-Road Fabrication, located in Vista, California 92081, are intended strictly for off-road use only and are sold exclusively “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or workmanship. By purchasing or installing any product from Custom Tube Works, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

All products offered by Custom Tube Works are designed for off-road use only and may not be street legal. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prior to use. Products that alter vehicle suspension, geometry, or safety systems may significantly affect handling characteristics, braking performance, and overall safety. These modifications may also interfere with or disable factory-installed safety systems, including but not limited to advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), airbag sensors, and stability control. Custom Tube Works makes no claims or guarantees regarding safety, legality, or compatibility outside of the original off-road design intent.

Installation of any product must be performed by a certified, qualified professional. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper installation, torque values, and follow-up maintenance, including wheel alignments, component inspections, and recalibration of any affected electronic or safety systems. Any modification, misuse, or improper installation voids any potential performance expectation and removes all assumed obligations from Custom Tube Works.

Custom Tube Works provides no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. All products are sold as-is, with no guarantee of performance, fitment, durability, or suitability for a particular purpose. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the use and application of any product. No statements, representations, or advice—whether verbal or written—shall create any warranty or guarantee unless explicitly agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the business. The company expressly disclaims liability for any damages resulting from product failure, vehicle damage, bodily injury, or death.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Tube Works, including its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the purchase, installation, or use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of property, personal injury, loss of income or use, vehicle failure, or legal claims brought by third parties. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Tube Works from any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use or misuse of any product.

Alfredo Cadena Jr. is the owner and lead fabricator at Custom Tube Works. While he personally oversees and performs the fabrication of products, he does not provide any personal warranties or guarantees of any kind. Alfredo Cadena Jr. shall not be held personally liable for any product failure, injury, or damage associated with the use or installation of Custom Tube Works products. No verbal assurance, opinion, or representation made by Alfredo Cadena Jr. shall be interpreted as a warranty or performance guarantee. All transactions and legal responsibilities remain solely with the business entity, Custom Tube Works Off-Road Fabrication.

By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold or manufactured by Custom Tube Works, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or install the product.
